Design Your Dream Home

You will work with your own architect or designer (or we can recommend one to you if you prefer) to come up with your perfect design.

We do not do any of the designing in-house, however, we will work together with you and your designer, if you want, to provide you with helpful feedback.

The design stage is not complete until you are completely satisfied.

Set Your Budget

Once your designer or architect has completed your drawings, then we will price your home as drawn.

That way, you will know the full cost of your build prior to the project getting underway.

You can make changes after this stage, however, because we want you to be completely satisfied.

Build Your Home

We'll guide you through the process of making selections for all internal and external home materials, colours and design elements. We are always open to new ideas and materials.
