Land Selection:
We will be happy to consult with you while you search for the perfect property and help you evaluate the land suitability if you have a specific design in mind.
If you have already purchased a lot we will help you design a home to beautifully suit your property.
Design:
Step 1: Meet with us in the comfort of your own home or our office to discuss ideas, dreams and budget.
Step 2: Meet with our designer, an experienced draftsman, to discuss preparing preliminary drawings to your specifications (unless of course you already have drawings that you would like to work with).
Step 3: These drawings will be reviewed and reworked as needed to ensure your total satisfaction with the final product.
The design stage is not complete until you're satisfied.
Budget:
We'll work closely with you to determine the specifications or level of interior and exterior detail that your new home will showcase to develop an accurate and individually prepared budget.
Our experienced subcontractors and suppliers will determine accurate pricing for you.
A budget that you approve is our goal so we can revisit the details until we reach your target budget.
Construction:
We'll guide you through the process of making selections for all internal and external home materials, colours and design elements. We are always open to new ideas and materials.
