Land Selection
Whether you have already purchased a lot or you are just beginning your search for the perfect site in and around Collingwood or Blue Mountain, L. Patten & Sons can help you select the perfect setting for your new home.

Design
In the early design phase, you can meet with us in the comfort of your own home or our office to discuss ideas, dreams, and your budget.
The next step is to meet with our designer - an experienced draftsman - to discuss preparing preliminary drawings to your specifications. These drawings will be reviewed and reworked as needed to ensure your total satisfaction with the final product.
